If a tracking no. is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
We charge a standard rate of shipping based on item weight and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the various options detailing exactly how much your cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
In some cases there will be other options available for International Courier services. Please see the options on your check out.
If your item has not arrived please email our support team who will do their best to track this item for you. Every purchase is despatched using certified carriers and all parcels are traceable. In the event that a signature has been provided at the items destination, we will perform a full investigation before sending any replacement items.
Please be aware that certain instances such as changes in weather, industrial action can add significant delay to outgoing parcels. We will do our best to find alternative means of getting your items to you.
